The Malaysia Union Mission held its Constituency Meeting in conjunction with the Annual Year-end Session from 2-3 December at its headquarters in Seremban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The session began with a worship service, where Pr. Jacinto Adap, SSD Treasurer, shared a devotional message on stewardship in leadership. In his talk, he described stewardship as a lifestyle that grows out of a living, active relationship with Jesus, which involves walking in obedience with God and acting as His representative in managing what He entrusts to us. Drawing in Biblical examples such as Joseph, David, and Nehemiah, Pr. Adap explained leadership as a form of stewardship because God grants leaders influence, responsibility, and the care of souls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A key focus of this year\u2019s session was the election of union directors and mission officers for the upcoming quinquennium, 2026\u20132030. Elections took place on the first day itself and were voted on and announced before the end of the business day. The following are the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first day of the session concluded with a Commitment Service, with Pr. Roger Caderma, President of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, reminding all to remain grounded in Scripture and focused on the mission. He ended with a call to commitment, followed by a dedicatory prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day of the session began with a devotional message by Madam Jo Ann Amparo, Director of Adventist Health Care Services. Drawing from Romans chapter 8, she encouraged all present to adopt a mindset of victory, focusing on five key ideas: Identity, Purpose, Eternal Perspective, Empowerment, and Security. The day\u2019s agenda centred on reports from various missions and institutions. A key highlight was the appreciation for former mission presidents, who, although retired, continue to faithfully serve the Lord. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Constituency Meeting and Annual Year-End Session concluded with a renewed sense of unity, purpose, and commitment among leaders and delegates. Through worship, reflection, careful decision-making, and the affirmation of faithful service, the Malaysia Union Mission was reminded of its calling to be faithful stewards of God\u2019s work. As the newly elected leaders prepare to serve in the 2026\u20132030 quinquennium, the session reaffirmed a shared dedication to advancing the mission, relying on God\u2019s guidance, and moving forward with a spirit of faith, victory, and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
