从愿景到行动:马来西亚基督复临安息日联合会制定2026-2030年使命路线图

新的一年,马来西亚基督复临安息日会正翻开崭新的篇章。马来西亚基督复临安息日联合会(MAUM)以全新的目标和决心展望未来。在“丰收2025”计划的良好推动下,MAUM会长阿贝尔·巴纳牧师(Pr Abel Bana)呼吁马来西亚教会应团结一致,扎根圣经,专注使命。 “丰收2025”重申了教会的核心使命:以清晰、充满爱心和紧迫感的方式宣扬永恒的福音。这项计划的目标并非仅仅在于数字上的增长,而是强调生命的改变——让男人、女人和孩子都扎根于基督和祂的话语之中。通过同心合意的祷告、专门定制的门徒训练和全面的社区参与,“丰收2025”再次提醒所有的教友们,这项使命并非只属于特定的少数人,而是托付给每一位信徒。 随着教会迈入新一届,其愿景与南亚太分会(SSD)的“REAPS”倡议相契合。“REAPS”是一项为期五年的宣教路线图,旨在规划2026年至2030年的发展方向。REAPS代表“接触(Reach)、拓展(Expand)、推进(Advance)、宣扬(Proclaim)以及寻找、拯救、门徒训练(Seek, Save, Disciple)”,每年都致力于使人们为基督的再来做好准备。 今年的焦点将转向“Reach26”,即“REAPS”倡议的第一阶段。该阶段强调有计划、有策略地向社区和未得之民群体进行拓展事工。在最近的一次讨论中,阿贝尔牧师表达了教会渴望开拓新的宣教领域的愿望。这些领域包括马来西亚半岛登嘉楼州地区(目前尚无基督复临安息日会信徒在此传道),以及砂拉越州的未得之民群体,例如加拉必族(Kelabit),加央族(Kayan)和肯雅族(Kenyah)。 “Reach26”旨在成为一个全面而包容的运动。教会的拓展策略涵盖广泛的活动:网络宣教、教育、健康事工、儿童及青少年事工、书籍布道、布道活动、人道主义援助、友谊布道、家庭事工、特殊需要事工以及全员总动员(TMI)。这一系列的活动反映了诸如全球信徒总动员(GTMI)之类的全球性努力,强调了教会坚信每位成员都应参与到上帝的事工中。 这些计划的核心是坚实的属灵根基。当被问及对教会2026年的寄语时,阿贝尔牧师强调,实现一切的核心动力必须是那蒙福的盼望和基督本身。“基督是促使我们做这一切的最大理由,”他说道。他还敦促信徒们团结一致,放下分歧,让圣灵引导他们,怀着“早日回天家”的共同愿望携手并进。 有意识地培养领袖将是来年的重点之一,尤其是在培训下一代和帮助牧师教士们做好准备去完成他们的使命。将愿景转化为切实可行的行动同样至关重要。“仅仅把愿景写下来或聆听是不足够的,”阿贝尔牧师指出,“我们需要认真地将计划付诸实践,这将体现在我们的生活方式和所作所为中。” 展望未来,MAUM将优先考虑融合使命,促进各部门和教会之间的合作,而不是鼓励各自为政。使命不仅仅是实行一系列的活动;它更在于营造一个让人们真正遇见基督、成长为祂的追随者并在日常生活中践行信仰的环境。因此,会长阿贝尔·巴纳牧师表示,联合会将计划在接下来的五年内将砂拉越区会一分为二,设立砂拉越北部区会。 随着教会迈向2026年,马来西亚当地区会将陆续推动像GTMI、Reach26和One Voice27等倡议,标志着教会的服事模式将转向协作式、以圣灵引导为导向的模式发展。马来西亚基督复临安息日会将秉持共同的目标,藉着上帝的恩典向前行——扎根于圣经中,致力于宣教使命,并专注于带领世人为基督的再来做好预备。 著:Hazel Wanda Ginajil-Gara,MAUM传播部门翻译:颜嘉亿 15, January 2025, Thursday.
