从愿景到行动：马来西亚基督复临安息日联合会制定2026-2030年使命路线图

新的一年，马来西亚基督复临安息日会正翻开崭新的篇章。马来西亚基督复临安息日联合会（MAUM）以全新的目标和决心展望未来。在“丰收2025”计划的良好推动下，MAUM会长阿贝尔·巴纳牧师（Pr Abel Bana）呼吁马来西亚教会应团结一致，扎根圣经，专注使命。 “丰收2025”重申了教会的核心使命：以清晰、充满爱心和紧迫感的方式宣扬永恒的福音。这项计划的目标并非仅仅在于数字上的增长，而是强调生命的改变——让男人、女人和孩子都扎根于基督和祂的话语之中。通过同心合意的祷告、专门定制的门徒训练和全面的社区参与，“丰收2025”再次提醒所有的教友们，这项使命并非只属于特定的少数人，而是托付给每一位信徒。随着教会迈入新一届，其愿景与南亚太分会（SSD）的“REAPS”倡议相契合。“REAPS”是一项为期五年的宣教路线图，旨在规划2026年至2030年的发展方向。REAPS代表“接触（Reach）、拓展（Expand）、推进（Advance）、宣扬（Proclaim）以及寻找、拯救、门徒训练（Seek, Save, Disciple）”，每年都致力于使人们为基督的再来做好准备。今年的焦点将转向“Reach26”，即“REAPS”倡议的第一阶段。该阶段强调有计划、有策略地向社区和未得之民群体进行拓展事工。在最近的一次讨论中，阿贝尔牧师表达了教会渴望开拓新的宣教领域的愿望。这些领域包括马来西亚半岛登嘉楼州地区（目前尚无基督复临安息日会信徒在此传道），以及砂拉越州的未得之民群体，例如加拉必族（Kelabit），加央族（Kayan）和肯雅族（Kenyah）。 “Reach26”旨在成为一个全面而包容的运动。教会的拓展策略涵盖广泛的活动：网络宣教、教育、健康事工、儿童及青少年事工、书籍布道、布道活动、人道主义援助、友谊布道、家庭事工、特殊需要事工以及全员总动员（TMI）。这一系列的活动反映了诸如全球信徒总动员（GTMI）之类的全球性努力，强调了教会坚信每位成员都应参与到上帝的事工中。这些计划的核心是坚实的属灵根基。当被问及对教会2026年的寄语时，阿贝尔牧师强调，实现一切的核心动力必须是那蒙福的盼望和基督本身。“基督是促使我们做这一切的最大理由，”他说道。他还敦促信徒们团结一致，放下分歧，让圣灵引导他们，怀着“早日回天家”的共同愿望携手并进。有意识地培养领袖将是来年的重点之一，尤其是在培训下一代和帮助牧师教士们做好准备去完成他们的使命。将愿景转化为切实可行的行动同样至关重要。“仅仅把愿景写下来或聆听是不足够的，”阿贝尔牧师指出，“我们需要认真地将计划付诸实践，这将体现在我们的生活方式和所作所为中。” 展望未来，MAUM将优先考虑融合使命，促进各部门和教会之间的合作，而不是鼓励各自为政。使命不仅仅是实行一系列的活动；它更在于营造一个让人们真正遇见基督、成长为祂的追随者并在日常生活中践行信仰的环境。因此，会长阿贝尔·巴纳牧师表示，联合会将计划在接下来的五年内将砂拉越区会一分为二，设立砂拉越北部区会。随着教会迈向2026年，马来西亚当地区会将陆续推动像GTMI、Reach26和One Voice27等倡议，标志着教会的服事模式将转向协作式、以圣灵引导为导向的模式发展。马来西亚基督复临安息日会将秉持共同的目标，藉着上帝的恩典向前行——扎根于圣经中，致力于宣教使命，并专注于带领世人为基督的再来做好预备。著：Hazel Wanda Ginajil-Gara，MAUM传播部门翻译：颜嘉亿 15, January 2025, Thursday.
