The Adventist Church in Sabah officially launched the Voice of Prophecy (VOP) Learning Curriculum at three locations on January 13, 2025. The initiative, actively led by Literature Evangelists (LEs), aims to provide structured Bible study programs to local participants.

Since 2024, the classes have been conducted online via platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, with quizzes administered through Google Forms. As interest in the study sessions grew, the number of registrants surged, leading to a temporary closure of registration. This decision was made in consultation with Sir Octavious Guling, the VOP Director of the Northern Sabah Mission, to ensure efficient management of resources and student engagement. Registration will reopen once the VOY website is fully operational, allowing for a more streamlined registration process and resource distribution.

To date, a total of 863 participants have enrolled in the program, supported by 12 dedicated facilitators who guide various groups. Participants are typically organized into study groups based on their connections—whether among friends, family, schools, or churches. The facilitators play a crucial role in fostering discussions, grading tests, and assisting students who face challenges in completing their lessons. One group from Goshen received funding from their local church to develop study materials tailored for retirees, as part of an outreach and inreach initiative to minister to the elderly community.

The curriculum follows a structured schedule, with one group set to complete their studies by April 6, while two additional groups are expected to finish by November 4. The Voice of Prophecy course is a Bible study program that focuses on doctrinal themes, biblical prophecy, and the life of Jesus. These courses are available online and can be downloaded free of charge. To enhance accessibility, the Adventist Church in Sabah has translated the materials into the Malay language, ensuring that local participants can engage with the content more effectively.

The launch of the Voice of Prophecy Learning Curriculum marks a significant step in expanding biblical education in Sabah, empowering participants with a deeper understanding of their faith through structured and accessible study programs.
